Garrett Giusti serves as Director of Investments at Auerbach Funds. As such, he is responsible for working through acquisitions, forward planning asset management, and portfolio construction. Mr. Giusti has over 15 years of real estate experience concentrated in development and asset management with a focus on finance and deal structure in all asset classes. Over his career Mr. Giusti has managed portfolios with over 5.5M square feet. Prior to joining Auerbach Funds, Mr. Giusti started his career with M&T Bank and transitioned to work with several large regional developers: Elevation RE Group, Gemini Real Estate Advisors, and Black Oak Associates. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in finance.
